The WCR new member orientation and membership appreciation will be held at the Naples Depot Museum, 1051 Fifth Ave. S. on Thursday, May 9 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Set in Naples’ restored Seaboard Air Line Railway passenger station, the Naples Depot Museum welcomes visitors back to the railroading boom days of the Roaring Twenties and explains how generations of Southwest Floridians used technology and transportation to conquer a vast and seemingly impenetrable frontier. Secoya Reserve sold out

Secoya Reserve has been a major North Naples success story since Stock Development began marketing the community in 2011. Branch Banking & Trust Co. sold Section 10 at Joel Boulevard and State Road 80, Lehigh Acres, to Harmony Estates LLC for $1,600,000. Andrew DeSalvo and Matt Stepan represented the seller.

Branch Banking & Trust Co. sold 5.62 acres of commercial land at 800 W. Hickpooche Ave., Labelle, to Falcon Fyrie Farms L.C. for $200,000. DeSalvo and Stepan negotiated the sale.

ACM Liberty Comm RE LLC sold 20.06 acres of commercial land at 12585 E. Terry St., Bonita Springs, to OBPFL — Bonita East 20 LLC for $300,000. DeSalvo and Stepan negotiated the sale.

Capital Bank NA sold a 1,710-square-foot flex condo at 2176 J&C Blvd., Naples, to JJBR Dixon Inc. for $100,000. DeSalvo and Stepan represented the seller.

Branch Banking & Trust Co. sold 21,578 square feet of office condominiums at 1342 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, to Key West Enterprises LLC for $800,000. DeSalvo and Stepan represented the seller, and Nils Richter of Market America Realty represented the buyer.

Roorda Estero Park Commons LLC and Graeme R. Hunter Trust leased 3,920 square feet of office space at 9200 Estero Park Commons Blvd., Suite 6, 7 & 8, Estero, to TerraSmart. DeSalvo, and Stepan negotiated the lease.

The Shoppes at Vanderbilt leased 900 square feet of retail space at 2355 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Suite 812, Naples, to Marco Island Cable Inc. DeSalvo and Stepanrepresented the tenant.

Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America leased office space from Naples Business Suites, LLC located at 999 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Suite 210, Naples. Clint Sherwood, negotiated this transaction.

Gulfshore Private Home Care LLC leased 180 square feet of office space from Remark Investments, LLC at 660 U.S. 41 N., Suite 31B, Naples.
